Yes for small projects (≤4 weeks): we agree requirements, build the scope, and invoice 100% on acceptance. Larger work uses milestone funding against locked acceptance criteria. Retainers cover ongoing work after launch.

Ongoing capacity for maintenance, features, SEO, or marketing — with weekly demos, staging visibility, and a shared backlog. Source transfers with paid handoffs; we do not lead with shared repository access from day one.
