// our process
Signal path from idea to launch
A transparent rhythm from first call to handoff - explore the phases, then see how we work week to week.
PHASE_01
Discover
We map your goals, constraints, and technical landscape before writing a line of code.
Discovery fee applies for larger work - waived for builds of 4 weeks or less.
- → Requirements document
- → Technical landscape assessment
- → Risk & constraint register
- → Final costs and project proposal
// phases
Four phases from idea to launch
A quick scan of what happens at each stage.

// operating model
How we work with you
Commitments, weekly rhythm, and engineering practices - without repeating the same pitch four times.
- [01]
Weekly demos on staging
You review working software on shared staging and in live demos every week - visible progress, adjustable priorities, and no black-box delivery at the end.
- [02]
You own paid work
Source and IP transfer with each paid milestone - or on completion for small projects. No proprietary lock-in you cannot take with you.
- [03]
Scope changes in writing
When priorities shift, we document impact on timeline and budget before anything moves - never silently.
- [04]
Locked acceptance criteria
We propose milestone criteria; you can add to them. Once agreed, that list is the definition of done - extras become the next milestone.
Mon
Sprint focus
Priorities locked for the week. Blockers surfaced early.
Daily
Async updates
Short written progress in the shared channel - no status theater.
Wed
Mid-week check
Quick sync if scope or feedback needs a decision.
Fri
Demo and written report
Working software reviewed together, plus what shipped, what's next, and any risks - in writing.
Code review on every change
No merge without a second pair of eyes. Quality is a gate, not a hope.
CI and automated tests
Pipelines catch regressions before they reach staging or production.
Dependency scanning
Known vulnerabilities are tracked and addressed as part of delivery.
Staging parity
What you demo is what you ship - environments stay close to production.
Observability from launch
Monitoring and alerting go live with the product, not weeks later.
Handoff documentation
Architecture, runbooks, and decisions your team can own without us.
Commercial gates at a glance
- [01]Free 30-minute call — A no-commitment fit call. We learn the rough scope and decide together whether this is a small build, a larger engagement, or not a fit.
- [02]Discovery when you need it — Projects of 4 weeks or less skip the discovery fee. Larger work requires a discovery fee before Discover starts - sized from the call, credited if you proceed, and fully refundable if either side chooses not to continue.
- [03]Small projects: pay on delivery — For builds of 4 weeks or less, we agree requirements, build the full scope, and invoice 100% when those requirements are met and accepted.
- [04]Larger work: milestone funding — After Discover we share final costs. Each milestone is funded before build starts, delivered against locked acceptance criteria, then demoed and accepted before the next one begins.

Teams who ran this path
Numbers and feedback from partners who shipped with weekly demos, locked milestones, and clear handoffs.

We were bleeding leads because our we didn't have a website that actually showed what the AI does. MintyLogix fixed that for us and built a site that actually shows what the AI does — the call flow, the CRM handoff, the industry pages — instead of vague buzzwords. Prospects show up to fit calls already understanding the product, and the pricing section answers half the questions before we even talk.
