Agreement

By accessing or using mintylogix.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The website

The Site is an informational marketing presence for MintyLogix. Content describes our services, process, pricing approach, case studies, and insights. Nothing on the Site is a binding quote, proposal, or contract unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with site operation, or introduce malware.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at scale without our prior written permission.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with MintyLogix or impersonate our team.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, case studies, insights, and design — is owned by MintyLogix or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

No professional relationship

Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, or booking a fit call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed with paid work. A project begins only when both parties agree to written scope, pricing, and terms.

Commercial services (summary)

If you engage MintyLogix for paid work, the following public principles apply unless your contract states otherwise. Full detail is on our Process and Pricing pages:

• Free 30-minute fit call to assess fit and rough scope — no obligation.
• Small projects (typically ≤4 weeks): discovery fee waived; invoice on completion when agreed requirements are met; source and IP transfer after payment.
• Larger projects: paid discovery before deep scoping; discovery fee credited if you proceed or refunded if either side exits; milestone funding against locked acceptance criteria; source for paid milestones transfers after payment.
• During build you receive demos, staging access, and written progress — not unrestricted repository access from day one.
• Retainers and ongoing work follow the engagement model described on /process and /pricing.

Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites (e.g. social profiles, tools, or client references). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. Insights, case studies, and pricing guidance are not legal, financial, or professional advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that content is complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MintyLogix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for Site access (which is zero for typical visitors).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
