MintyLogix (“we”, “us”) operates mintylogix.com — a marketing website for our full-spectrum software studio (web, mobile, AI, SEO, marketing, audits, and related services).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of mintylogix.com only. Client projects are governed by separate agreements and NDAs.

• Browsing data: standard server and hosting logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

• Contact and Scope Studio: when you submit the contact flow, you may provide your name, email, selected services, engagement path, rough cost/timeline estimates, and a message.
• Careers applications: when you apply, you may provide role preference, contact details, experience answers, fit responses, and a resume file.
• We do not currently offer a newsletter signup on this site.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve mintylogix.com.
• Respond to project inquiries and career applications you send us (submitted forms are emailed to our studio inbox).

Retention

• Theme and preference storage follows the same browser lifecycle.
• Inquiry, application, and project correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond, quote, hire, deliver work, or meet legal obligations.

MintyLogix is a remote-first team. Visitors and clients may be located worldwide. Information may be processed in countries where we, our hosting provider, or service providers operate.

Client projects

If you become a MintyLogix client, project data, source code, and deliverables are handled under your statement of work, NDA, or master services agreement — not solely under this website policy. We are happy to sign NDAs before a fit call.

Children

mintylogix.com is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
