Marketing site for a licensed UAE transport operator — Dubai–Abu Dhabi car lifts, airport transfers, fleet gallery, and curated tours — with WhatsApp as the primary booking path from enquiry to curb.
Challenge
Galaxy needed travellers and corporates to trust a licensed operator over informal roadside offers, understand shared vs private formats, pick the right vehicle, and book corridor or airport runs without an app. Coverage across emirates, fleet options, and WhatsApp CTAs were not structured for conversion.
Approach
- 01
Designed a cream, charcoal, and gold brand system positioned as licensed, UAE-wide transport.
- 02
Built service pages for Dubai–Abu Dhabi lifts, DXB/DWC/AUH pick-and-drop, private taxi, and tours.
- 03
Added a fleet gallery by class (sedan, SUV/MPV, electric) with seat, AC, and luggage cues.
- 04
Structured corridor route IA plus a shared vs private vs unlicensed comparison.
- 05
Wired WhatsApp-first CTAs, FAQ, and SEO travel guides for corridor and airport intent.
Results
- WhatsApp booking enquiries rose about 52% after launch.
- Service and fleet discovery improved via clearer information architecture.
- Licensed-operator messaging reduced ambiguity versus informal roadside alternatives.
